    Tal Shima

    Tal Shima is a Full Professor with the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the Technion. He received his B.Sc., MA, and Ph.D. degrees, all in Aerospace Engineering, from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, in 1992, 1998, and 2001, respectively. He also received the MBA degree from the Tel-Aviv University in 1997. From 2000 to 2004 he was with the Air-to-Air and Surface-to-Air Directorate of RAFAEL Ltd., where he worked as a system/research engineer on advanced interceptor missile projects.     Srinivasa M. Salapaka

    Srinivasa M. Salapaka  is a Full Professor with the Department of Mechanical Science and Engineering at Illinois. He received the B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology in 1995, the M.S. and the Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara, U.S.A in 1997 and 2002, respectively. During 2002-2004, he was a postdoctoral associate in the Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, USA.     Xiaofeng Wang

    Xiaofeng Wang is an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of South Carolina (UofSC), Columbia.  He earned his B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics and M.S. in Operation Research and Control Theory from East China Normal University, China, in 2000 and 2003, respectively, and obtained his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame in 2009.  After that, he worked as postdoctoral research associate at the University of Illinois at Urbana and Champaign before he joined UofSC.  His research interests include robotics, cyber-physical systems, autonomous systems, multi-agent systems, networked and real-time control systems, robust fault-tolerant control, and optimization.  He is associate editor of…
