Dear Conference participants!
The American University of Armenia gladly welcomes you in ICNPAA 2018 conference in Yerevan. We put our best efforts to make the conference smooth and interesting, hoping that you’ll enjoy both the event and your stay in Armenia.
Welcome reception of the conference will take place at Akian Gallery located on the 4th floor of Paramaz Avedisian Building (PAB) of AUA on Monday, July 2, 17:30-19:30.

You can use both classroom computer and your personal laptops in #315e, but please, consider using only classroom computers in all other cases. They will be set up beforehand.
You will receive an invitation of collaboration from [email protected] to be able to upload your files to a shared folder so that we manage to set everything up properly. Kindly note that your full name – without abbreviations – should be used as the title of the document you upload. In case you use multiple items, please, upload them into a subfolder with your full name.
Wi-Fi connection is available in both buildings of the university. You can use the following information to join the network:

Coffee breaks will be served in the hallways of the 1st and the 3rd floors. Preordered lunches will be served in Aries – the main cafeteria of the university, located in the 2nd floor of the Main Building (MB). There is also the Green Bean café on the 1st floor of PAB, right beside Manoogian Hall, and Art Bridge bookstore on the 1st floor of the MB, where you can find stationery and souvenirs. You can go to the other building through the bridge connecting the 1st floor of PAB and 3rd floor of MB.
There is useful information given on the backside of your badge. You will see the number of the volunteer who will accompany you during the city tour, the addresses of the AUA and Mezzo Club. The latter we will visit on July 4.
Below you can find detailed information about extra activities.
JULY 3
Our volunteers will be waiting for you at Marshal Baghramyan’s monument, downstairs from the AUA, from 19:45 till 20:00 sharp, to guide through significant areas of the city and tell you about its history. Please, refer to the number given on your badge to find your volunteer guide.
JULY 4
Music program at MEZZO Music Club starts at 21:30, but you can arrive at the club earlier to enjoy a delicious dinner. The entrance fee will be covered if you present your badge. Nonetheless, please, kindly note that all food and drinks at the club are out of pocket.
JULY 5
The conference banquet will take place at Caucasus restaurant complex at 19:00, which suggests that preordered buses will be waiting in front of the university at 18:30.
JULY 6
The trip to Lake Sevan – one of the largest alpine lakes in Eurasia, famous for its charmingly beautiful view – is scheduled in the afternoon after the closing ceremony. You are welcome to buy a ticket for this trip from Hyur (Guest) service, which will have a table next to our registration desks. Please, check for more details from them at place.
